Making Maftoul

Description

A traditional element of Palestinian food, maftoul is best thought of as an oversized form of couscous - made by tirelessly adding water and flour to coat grains of bulgur wheat, all by hand. It can take over an hour to achieve the right results, and the answers are all in the fingertips.
