Welcome to the Congo

They only evolved in the jungles of the DR Congo, isolated by the huge river. But a bonobo (Pan paniscus) is even more closely related to us than a chimpanzee, and we share 98.7% of our DNA. This one greeted me to its forest home with what could possibly be a smile.
